We have been blessed with the incredible privilege of partnering with Compassion International implementing a personalized coaching program named Your One Degree (YOD) throughout several countries in Africa.  As certified coaches, we have helped implement the vision God placed upon one man’s heart to see the youth in Africa receive the gift of this life-transforming program. Through face-to-face trips and virtual technology, we have coached over 3000 youth (ages 16-22), church leaders, social workers, and Compassion staff. We have shared YOD in Kenya, Ghana, Uganda, Burkina Faso, Togo, Ethiopia, Senegal, Tanzania, and Rwanda. We have trained hundreds of nationals who enthusiastically continue to implement YOD in their communities, cities, villages, churches, and families. As God continues to multiply the work, Compassion leaders estimate over 7000 people have been introduced to YOD in the past six years.
